1. Agreement
Neonrush is a free browser game. By playing it, creating an account or publishing a level, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), you may only use Neonrush with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You may play as a guest. An account is only needed to save your records and appear on the leaderboards. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. Choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else. We may rename or remove usernames that break this rule.
3. Fair play
Leaderboards are meant to reflect real runs. Do not modify the game, automate gameplay, or submit scores you did not earn. We may remove scores or accounts that appear manipulated, and we may reset a leaderboard if it has been spoiled.
4. Levels you create
You keep ownership of the levels you build. By saving a level to your account you give us permission to store, display and let other players play it inside Neonrush. Do not publish levels that contain hateful, illegal or sexually explicit content, or that use names, artwork, music or level designs taken from another game or copyright holder without permission. We may remove any level that breaks these rules.
5. Our content
The Neonrush name, artwork, code, sound and built-in levels belong to us. You may not copy or redistribute them, or claim them as your own. Neonrush is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other game or its publisher.
6. Availability
Neonrush is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that your saved data will never be lost. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.
7. Ending access
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
8. Changes and contact
